›Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No — we arrive fully self-sufficient with water, power, and pro-grade products. All we need is space to park next to your car.
›Where can you work on my car?
Your driveway, office parking, or complex (with permission from your body corporate or building manager). If the car can park there, we can detail there.
›How long does a detail take?
From about an hour for an Express Exterior to a full day-maker five hours for The Highlands Signature. Each package shows its time on this page.
›How do I pay?
Card, always — either securely online when you book, or by card once the job is done and you've signed it off. We don't take EFT.
›What happens if it rains?
We'll contact you to move your booking to the next dry slot that suits you, at no charge.
›Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Just get in touch with your booking reference.
